MFW Fiałek advised a Bvlgari brand franchisee on the opening first store in Poland

MFW Fiałek advised the franchisee of the Bvlgari brand in connection with the negotiations of the lease agreement with the administrator and the owner of the property situated on Plac Trzech Krzyży in Warsaw, where the first store of this luxury brand in Poland will be located.

Bvlgari is an Italian luxury brand created in 1884 by Greek-born jeweler Sotirio Bvlgari. It draws inspiration from Italian and Greek culture and art.

The project was led by Rafał Siemieniec – Associate Partner, with the support of Natalia Grzegorzewska – Junior Associate.
