Moncey Avocats advised Céréa Partners on its investment in the Grasse-based family group Isnard, as part of a primary LBO alongside its founder.

Founded in the 60s, the Isnard family group started out transporting alcohol, and has become a key partner for perfume and aroma manufacturers, supplying them with alcohols, glycols and other solvents used as bases for their compositions, as well as other contract services (denaturing, perfuming, etc.). The aim of this transaction is to enable the group to pursue its development.

Céréa Partners was advised by a team from Moncey Avocats comprising:

  • Guillaume Giuliani and Marie-Victoire James, partners, Alexandre Bankowski, Counsel, and Alix Auclair, lawyer, in corporate.
  • Frédéric Bosc, partner, and Margot Bosc, associate, on tax aspects.
  • David Malamed, partner, Jonathan Devillard, Counsel, and Diane Ferriol, associate, on financing aspects.
  • Camille Cournot, Counsel, on employment matters.
