Morais Leitão assists Ageas in the acquisition of the "Cais Office" office building

Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados (ML) assisted the Ageas Portugal Group in the acquisition, from a group of private investors, of the SPV holding the “Cais Office” office building in Lisbon's Parque das Nações. “Cais Office” has 4,900 square metres and 118 parking spaces.

The ML team involved in this transaction was led by João Torroaes Valente, partner coordinating the Corporate Real Estate & Tourism department, and included Andreia Bento Simões, Manuel Ponces Magalhães and Salvador Sampaio Fontes.
