Dear Clients:
Law 160 of September 1st, 2020 extends the moratorium previously granted by Law 99 of October 11, 2019 in respect of payment of interests, surcharges and fines due to lack of payment of taxes of legal entities, natural persons and real estate property.
The extended moratorium applies to amounts due up to February 29, 2020.
Payments made up to December 31, 2020 are exempt of 85% of the interest, surcharges and fines.
