Peruvian energy company Engie received the help of Muñiz, Ramírez, Pérez-Taiman & Olaya for two corporate bond offerings on the Peruvian stock market.
Engie issued its second and third set of corporate bonds, collectively worth US$101.5 million. The offerings are part of Engie’s US$500 million corporate bond programme.
Engie is a global energy player and an expert operator in the three businesses of electricity, natural gas and energy services. Engie Energia Peru is a subsidiary of the Engie Group (before GDF Suez). Currently Engie Peru is one of the largest supliers of electricity in Peru with a installed capacity of 2673 MW.
