Muñiz, Ramírez, Pérez-Taiman & Olaya helped has helped Peruvian realtor Andina lease one of its properties to mall operator Mall Aventura in a deal worth at least US$47 million.
Mall Aventura will use the 50-year lease to expand its Avventura Plaza shopping mall in Santa Anita, Lima. In return, Andina will receive at least US$47 million in fixed income and revenue generated by the property.
