Acted for and advised OTS Consulting Services LLP, a technology consulting firm operating in the IoT space and headquartered in Mysuru, Karnataka (OTS), in the divestiture of a business division to ChampionX Corporation, a NASDAQ listed entity incorporated in the US (ChampionX). ChampionX acquired the business through its India subsidiary, OTS Energy India Private Limited.
