Paris-based partner Jean-Marc Grosperrin has been elected as a Member of the Board of Dentons Europe for a three-year term. In addition to his new supervisory role, he will continue to protect the interests of his clients and to serve in his leadership roles as Co-chair of the Global Life Sciences group, and Co-head of the Europe Life Sciences group and of the Life Sciences group in Paris.

In his legal practice, Jean-Marc Grosperrin assists high profile clients in the life sciences and other sectors and is recognized for his exceptional strength in corporate and M&A law.  He advises on international and national M&A deals, including acquisitions, divestments and private equity transactions.

Jean-Marc Grosperrin replaces partner John Flanigan, who decided not to stand for re-election to the Europe Board after completing his second term.  Flanigan continues to serve clients as Co-head of the Europe Corporate and M&A practice at Dentons.

“I am truly honored by this opportunity to represent the interests of my partners,” said Jean-Marc Grosperrin.  “As the newest member of the Europe Board, I will focus on strengthening the synergies between our offices, practices and sector groups to generate new opportunities for our clients.  I am also excited by and focused on the vast potential to use leading-edge technology in order to achieve higher performance.”

Jean Marc Grosperrin is recognized as a leading lawyer in Corporate/M&A and Life Sciences by Chambers & Partners. He has been with Dentons (formerly Salans) since 2004.
