Patton, Moreno & Asvat advised Alliance Airlines on all the legal matters related to the recent purchase of 14 Embraer E190 E-Jets aircraft and six spare engines, an FFS flight simulator and other training equipment. The delivery of the same will be carried out gradually starting this month.
Alliance Airlines, the largest charter airline in Australia and the fourth-largest airline in Australia by total fleet size, announced that this purchase represents a milestone as it supports its growth strategy, while providing a healthy boost to the company's shares which were up 7%.
