Dentons Link Legal is pleased to announce that Manoj Panzade has joined as a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Commercial and Banking & Finance practices at the GIFT City office, Gandhinagar.
A law graduate (2004 Batch) from Pune University, Manoj has over 20 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Market, Banking & Finance, and Infrastructure Projects.
Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, Manoj has worked as an in-house Counsel with Adani. In the past, Manoj has also worked with SBI CAP Trustee Co. Ltd., TCFSL, Axis Trustee Services Ltd., EXIM Bank, Bank of Baroda, and GE Money.
