Prof. Villata to conclude the conference on public contracts trials

Next 12 December 2023, at 10.30, in Room 431 of Via Festa del Perdono 3, Milan, Prof. Riccardo Villata will provide the concluding remarks of the conference organized by the University of Milan and the Center for Studies on Administrative Procedural Law, together with the Order of Lawyers of Milan and the Regulating Authority of Energy Networks and the Environment (ARERA).

The topic of the intervention will be the public contracts trial, considering the new code of public procurement.
