Rebaza, Alcazar & De Las Casas advised San Fernando S.A. in reprofiling its liabilities.

The lender, Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. (Interbank), was advised by Estudio Echecopar, associate of Baker & McKenzie International.

The debt reprofiling of San Fernando's involved various financial entities, with which agreements were reached towards the end of December 2020.

Among the transactions involved in the debt reprofiling, Interbank granted San Fernando a new facility for up to S / 45MM.

Likewise, the operation involved the negotiation and amendments to the terms of the syndicated loan that San Fernando maintains with a bank syndicate made up of Banco de Crédito del Perú, Scotiabank Perú and Banco Interamericano de Finanzas.

Lastly, Rebaza, Alcazar & De las Casas also advised San Fernando in the reprofiling of mid-term facilities granted by Banco Santander Perú and the short-term facilities granted by Banco de Crédito e Inversiones, Miami Branch (BCI).
