S&R Associates is representing Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, a German private equity firm, on Indian legal aspects of the proposed sale of its portfolio company In-Tech Holding GmbH (in-tech), a technology company focused on software development, testing and validation, to Infosys Limited, a listed provider of next-generation digital services and consulting. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
