Inversiones Yarabamba (a local subsidiary of Empresa Agroindustrial Cayalti) has obtained a secured financing for up to 4 years to continue its export operation and increase its harvests regarding the production of mandarins and purchase of agricultural products.
“With this financing, Yarabamba continues its consolidation as a first level agricultural producer, entering the mandarin production business and strengthening its financial standing to withstand the global price increase of agricultural products. Likewise, the financing serves as evidence of the trust that international investors have in the local agricultural industry, especially regarding Empresa Agroindustrial Cayaltí, a local market leader”.
Empresa Agroindustrial Cayalti is a company listed in the Lima Stock Exchange.
The Lenders are Allianz EM Loans S.C.S. and Cordiant Agricultural Real Asset Debt. Two investment funds managed by Cordiant Capital Inc.
