Santamarina y Steta, S.C., through Pablo Laresgoiti and Gabriela Lomeli, represented a group of investors, including –among others– Invex Activos, in the implementation of a co-investment with RLH Properties, S.A.B. de C.V. for the development and construction of an important residential component, branded One & Only, in the parcel where RLH is currently developing, constructing and edifying a hotel which, once finished, will be named “One & Only Mandarina”. The parties have decided to treat the amounts that were actually committed to this co-investment as confidential. RLH Properties, S.A.B. de C.V. was represented by Mr. Fernando Represas, in-house counsel, and by Messrs. Antonio Diez de Bonilla y Roberto Guerrero.
