Santamarina y Steta advises Lonza Group AG in the global acquisition of Capsugel S.A.

Mexico City, December, 2016.  Santamarina y Steta acted as Mexican legal advisor to Lonza Group AG in the global acquisition of Capsugel S.A. and its subsidiaries, which are engaged in the manufacturing of capsule products and other drug delivery systems, at a total purchase price of USD$5.5 billion dollars and assuming a debt of USD$2 billion dollars.
