| Maïka Bernaerts specialises in a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, including M&A transactions, fundraising, corporate governance, stock option plans and complex contracts. She acts as a primary advisor to her clients, providing comprehensive legal guidance. Her experience spans cooperative companies, start-ups in the SaaS sector, and established national and international companies across diverse markets. Since 2016, Maïka has been a teaching assistant and associate researcher at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), publishing numerous articles on corporate law, particularly focusing on cooperative companies.
