Avance advises a newly-established affiliate of the Finnish real estate investment manager Sirius Capital Partners in the arrangement to acquire a portfolio of 13 residential buildings, comprising more than 700 apartments in Finland. The seller is YIT, the largest construction company in Finland. The assets are acquired pre-construction at a pre-determined price and will be completed in 2022 and 2023. The total purchase price is approximately EUR 170 million.
