Avance advises Sirius Capital Partners’ newly established residential vehicle in the acquisition of three newly built residential buildings comprising 240 apartments. The assets were acquired from Finnish listed residential developer Toivo Group Oyj.
The 240 modern, high-quality apartments were constructed between 2021 and 2023. All three assets have strong ESG features with geothermal heating, and they will all be equipped with solar panels. The assets are located in Kirkkonummi and Järvenpää, which are part of the growing Helsinki commuter area.
