• Advised St Julians’ shareholders on their redomiciliation to Gibraltar from Malta.  St Julians are a UK focused motor insurer and the move from Malta will enable the insurer to continue trading with the UK if access to the single market is lost following Brexit. The matter was led by Nigel Feetham.
