Margaret represents corporations and individuals in tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency and provincial tax authorities, and has experience resolving disputes involving a broad range of tax issues. She has successfully represented clients at the audit and appeals levels and in litigation proceedings in the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
