Under the lead management of Hamburg partner Carsten Bartholl, the international law firm Taylor Wessing provided comprehensive legal advice to PARQ energy, a leading developer of renewable energy projects, on a bridge loan for a photovoltaic project of PARQ energy GmbH. The bridge loan was granted by Kommunalkredit Austria AG. The project will have nominal output of approx. 38 MWp; the targeted electricity production p.a. can cover the needs of around 11,500 4-person households.
