HOUSTON – December 2018. Rusty Hardin & Associates partner has been elected to membership in the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation in recognition of her outstanding professional achievements and commitment to improving the Texas justice system.
Only one-third of 1 percent of Texas State Bar members are invited each year to become Fellows. Nominees must be elected by the Board of Trustees of the Texas Bar Foundation, which is the largest charitably funded bar foundation in the United States.
Ms. Brevorka advises individuals and businesses in both civil and criminal matters, and has tried complex lawsuits and challenging criminal cases across the country. Her clients include CEOs, elected officials, whistleblowers, small businesses and white-collar criminal defendants. She is an adjunct law professor at the University of Houston Law Center. Before joining Rusty Hardin & Associates in 2012, she clerked for two federal judges following her graduation from Duke University School of Law.
With her election, Ms. Brevorka joins firm founder , firm partner and senior attorney as Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation.
