From 30th October 2017, the Hogan Lovells headquarters will be located in the ETHOS office and retail building, located at Plac Trzech Krzyży 10/14, close to the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Sejm and State Administration buildings, and on the Royal Route - the most well-known street in Warsaw.

The new Hogan Lovells office will occupy approximately 2,000 square metres on the highest, complete floor in the building.

Hogan Lovells is one of the largest law firms in the world, with over 2,500 lawyers working in 50 offices in 26 countries on six continents providing comprehensive legal advice all over the world.

- One of the most important aspects that we took into account when choosing a new office was its attractiveness from the perspective of clients and employees. Having analysed a number of factors, we chose the ETHOS building for its prestigious and convenient location at Three Crosses Square, as well as for the high standard of its office design that combines modern technologies with tradition - said Beata Balas-Noszczyk, Managing Partner of Hogan Lovells in Poland.

The lease agreement for the space in the ETHOS building has been signed for a period of ten years. Hogan Lovells' advisor in the process of acquiring the new seat was CBRE. The owner of the building - Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, was advised by Savills.

- The entire process, from selecting CBRE as our advisor, through to the selection of the final location, negotiating lease, architectural, and design agreements, and countless other issues, lasted for more than a year, involving the joint effort of a large number of people. In retrospect, I know that without CBRE’s support and the involvement of both Kulczyk Silverstein Properties and Savills, closing the project in time would have been impossible. I am convinced that the new Hogan Lovells office will be a place that meets the expectations of our clients and employees, and that it will provide an excellent working environment - said Beata Balas-Noszczyk.

It is also worth mentioning that all of the funds from the sale of equipment from the previous office will be donated to local foundations and non-governmental organizations as part of our charity activities - adds Beata Balas-Noszczyk.

- We are very proud to have such a distinguished tenant appreciating the ETHOS building - it is a confirmation of the highest quality of our investment and of the prestigious location in the heart of the Royal Route on the truly grand Plac Trzech Krzyży - said Grzegorz Fabijaniak, Head of Asset Management at Kulczyk Silverstein Properties.

- We are very pleased that the ETHOS building creates so much interest among potential tenants. The extension and thorough modernization of the building has just been completed which allowed the project to offer one of the largest surface areas of A+ class floors available in the centre of Warsaw. I am confident that Hogan Lovells will find the ideal environment for its business development in ETHOS - said Lidia Malec, Associate in Office Space, Landlord Representation, Savills.

- We wanted Hogan Lovells' new headquarters to be a reflection of their quality, prestige, and professionalism. ETHOS combines these features with the perfect location, an excellent technical standard, and a distinctive design which in turn guarantees the best conditions for business development - adds Mikołaj Sznajder, Senior Associate Director in Office Space, CBRE.

The ETHOS office and retail complex, in line with A + standards and a BREEAM certification at the "Excellent" level, after a two-year long modernization and reconstruction, offers a total of approximately 17,000 square metres of office and commercial space. More than 5,000 square metres will be used for boutiques and shops of prestigious and exclusive brands, including those not before present on the Polish market. The investor will soon announce further office and retail tenants who have decided to benefit from being situated at the heart of the Royal Route, adjacent to the Stock Exchange, the Sheraton Hotel, governmental buildings, the Sejm and the Senate, and numerous diplomatic establishments.
