Thomson Geer has acted for Bridgewest in its acquisition of a manufacturing facility from Pfizer (Perth) Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of pharmaceutical giant Pfizer. The facility produces a wide variety of sterile injectable drug products for distribution to over 90 countries.


The transaction included the acquisition of the property on which the manufacturing facility is conducted as well as a range of drug products. The plant will operate as a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) moving forward and will continue to produce drug products for Pfizer under a manufacturing master services agreement.
