Thomson Geer acted for high-tech engineering group, Sandvik Australia Holdings Pty Ltd (Sandvik) in their acquisition of autonomous inoperable solutions provider, UFR Holdings Pty Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiaries. Sandvik is a global, high-tech engineering group providing solutions that enhance productivity, profitability and sustainability for the manufacturing, mining and infrastructure industries.
Thomson Geer advised Sandvik on all aspects of the transaction including: conducting legal due diligence; preparing FIRB and ACCC notifications; negotiating the Share Sale Agreement and other ancillary documents; and all other matters in relation to the transfer of the target group into the Buyer group (including employment and leasing matters).
