Morgan Securities LLC, Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., SG Americas Securities, LLC and SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc.) in connection with an international secured bond offering and credit facility of EnfraGen Energía Sur, S.A.U., Prime Energía SpA and EnfraGen Spain, S.A.U., part a group of electricity generation companies active in various markets in Latin America.
The combined project bond issuance and bank debt package was one of Latin America’s largest power project financings in 2020 and occurred over two concurrent cross-border transactions. The company’s multijurisdictional activities required the coordination of law firms in the US, Spain, Chile, Colombia and Panama.
