We are honored to have advised HELLENiQ ENERGY in a groundbreaking transaction for the financing of Renewable Energy investments: HELLENiQ ENERGY, through its 100% subsidiary HELLENiQ Renewables, National Bank of Greece S.A., and Eurobank S.A. have forged a pioneering financing framework agreement of up to €766 million one of the largest long-term financing agreements for RES in Europe. The financing will contribute significantly to HELLENiQ ENERGY’s growth in green energy and support the national effort to meet climate targets.
