Austrian law firm Weber & Co. supported Raiffeisen Bank International AG as legal advisor in the issue of a EUR 100 million corporate bond by the issuer Erdöl-Lagergesellschaft m.b.H. with a term of 23 years, which was included in trading on the Vienna MTF.

The issue of the EUR 100,000,000 bond, ISIN AT0000A2GUE3, which are governed by Austrian law, by Erdöl-Lagergesellschaft m.b.H. was effected with a value date of 4 June 2020. The bond with a denomination of EUR 100,000 per note has a term of 23 years and an annual coupon of 1.20%. The bond was included in trading on the Vienna MTF of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
Raiffeisen Bank International AG was responsible for the placement of the bond. Wolf Theiss Rechtsanwälte advised the Issuer led by partner Alexander Haas.
