White and Williams LLP is proud to announce Timothy E. Davis will serve as the firm’s next Managing Partner. His term began on January 1, 2024, at the conclusion of Andrew Susko’s term.


Davis has held numerous leadership positions at the firm, including Chair of the Business Department; Co-Chair of the Real Estate and Finance Practice; and Chair of the firm’s first Strategic Planning Committee. He is a long-time member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and Partner Compensation Committee. As Managing Partner, he will serve and support the 200 attorneys across White and Williams’s ten office locations and will continue to practice and serve his clients.
