Gadens acted for ISPT to facilitate the redevelopment of part of the St Vincent's hospital site at 31-35 Victoria Parade, Fitzroy, a $140 million investment into the St Vincent's Hospital precinct.
  • Gadens acted for PETstock as tenant under an Agreement for Lease and Lease for construction of a new 32,000 square metre distribution centre. The facility will be Petstock's key distribution centre in Australia. Gadens carried out negotiations with Linfox/Avalon Airport directly and advised Petstock on all aspects of the transaction. Gadens significantly reduced contractual negotiations by proposing and drafting a form of documentation that was balanced and pragmatic. This resulted in a significant cost-saving on legal fees for Petstock, at the same time as securing the most favourable terms the team considered possible in the circumstances and a strong start to the landlord and tenant relationship for PETstock.
