Yann is a banking and finance partner and focuses his practice on leverage finance, secured lending transactions, debt capital market, securitization, asset finance and financial regulatory work.

He advises private equity houses, financial institutions, multinational companies and private clients. Yann has also a longstanding experience advising purchasers, financial institutions, airline and shipping companies on aircraft and shipping transactions.
