Zepos & Yannopoulos has yet again advised Alpha Bank on the successful sale of a portfolio of retail unsecured non-performing loans of a total outstanding balance of Euro 238m. and of a total gross book value of Euro 0.4 billion, also known as “Project Light”. Our firm assisted Alpha Bank to the negotiation and execution of the Greek law governed sale and purchase agreement. Closing of the transaction is expected to be completed within Q4 2022.
