Zamfirescu Racoți Vasile & Partners (ZRVP) extends its footprint on the Romanian legal market by adding Dumitrescu Băjenaru Oancea (DBO) into its operations starting with January 1st, 2020. The consolidation will boost the firm’s headcount to 65 lawyers, out of which 13 partners, and 30 staff members.
Andrei Dumitrescu, Mihai Băjenaru and Robert Oancea (of counsel) join ZRVP’s management team as partners.

This consolidation adds experienced lawyers to the teams in the area of litigation, insolvency, tax, administrative law, general corporate, real estate, agribusiness, environmental law and construction law, increasing the strengths of the firm across practice areas.
