ADVANT Nctm handles a broad range of issues related to the public economics law and regulated activities, including: public procurement, competition, concessions, infrastructures (highways, public constructions, ports and airports), public utilities (water supply, gas distribution, environmental services, transports), environmental law, zoning plans and constructions, food, energy and pharmaceutical and healthcare services. Due to the close cooperation with the other ADVANT Nctm Departments, we can provide our clients with a multi-focus approach.

Our team is able to assist clients operating in different sectors but in the last 12 months our lawyers have dedicated their attention in particular on:

  • Universities: As you can easily see in the top 20 matters of this document, we have assisted several elite and prestigious Italian universities (Milan, Pisa, ASUGI, Naples) in different public law matters regarding Public tenders and contracts, PPP and IPCEI projects.
  • Transportation and Shipping: In recent years we have supported leading transport and shipping companies such as Italo – Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori S.p.A., APM Terminals, Thales Italia, Nuova CO.ED.MAR S.r.l., Samer Seaports & Terminals S.r.l. and Venice Port Authority.
  • Stadiums: In 2020 and 2021 our lawyers have worked on two strategic and innovative redevelopment projects of two historical football stadium located in Parma and Avellino (Italy).
