With more than 20 lawyers, Thommessen has one of Norway’s very largest and most experienced tax teams. We cover all tax law practice areas, with a focus on transactions, the equity and debt markets, joint ventures, fund establishment, real estate, renewable energy, shipping, as well as oil and gas. We assist a range of clients, from major listed multinationals and international private equity funds to venture capital companies and seed capital companies. Our lawyers assist in disputes with the Norwegian tax authorities and litigate a considerable number of tax matters before the Norwegian courts, including the Supreme Court.
