We also offer specialist expertise in the preparation of various types of commercial agreements that affect the industry, such as cooperation, delivery and distribution contracts. Our lawyers have lengthy and solid experience of standard agreements in the industry, such as ABA 99, Orgalime, FIDIC, NEC, LOGIC, and more.
