We have made a commitment to become a powerhouse for complex litigation and to strengthen our domestic client base. At the end of 2018, we appointed one of the best litigators in Guatemala, René Vicente Rodriguez, as head of disputes in Guatemala, also consolidating our disputes practice throughout the region.

Primarily focused on complex litigation, we handle a broad range of disputes work including arbitration, civil, commercial, constitutional and labor law disputes. We have a growing arbitration practice and experience working under major arbitral and ad hoc rules. We prioritize finding solutions to avoid litigation. We spend time with the client planning our strategy, and act swiftly and decisively in the implementation of that plan.
