Our Restructuring and Insolvency team has unrivalled experience and expertise in the Irish legal market. This comes from acting as lead advisor on the most high profile and challenging restructurings in Irish corporate history including advising the Special Liquidators of IBRC and acting on the Ballantyne Re, Nordic Aviation Capital, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Waypoint, Quinn Group and eircom restructurings – which were the most significant and complex restructurings in recent years.
