Our Energy, Infrastructure & Projects Practice comprises specialist lawyers in various fields, working together as a fully-integrated, cohesive and multi-disciplinary team. We advise our clients throughout the whole life-cycle of a project, from inception to commissioning, including financing, supply chain infrastructure, and plant operations and maintenance.
We have in-depth local and regional knowledge of, and extensive experience in, the petrochemical, gas, energy, water and utilities sectors. We regularly advise on the import, transportation and sale of liquefied natural gas (LNG), natural gas and town gas, the supply/offtake of utilities, specialty gases and chemicals, the generation, transmission and sale of electricity as well as clean energy, desalination, utilities and waste-water treatment/disposal projects. Our practice also covers public-private-partnership and public infrastructure projects, tankage and terminalling, as well as logistics facilities and arrangements.
We frequently act as project counsel as well as lenders’ counsel, and our clients include the Singapore Government, government-linked entities, banks and multinational.
