Ankura acted for certain former executives and non-executive directors of Carillion, the construction company which entered liquidation in January 2018, on their response to directors' disqualification proceedings brought against them. The proceedings related to the allegedly incorrect accounting for several large construction and outsourcing contracts, and Ankura provided expert evidence as to the appropriateness or otherwise of the accounting methods used.
