The Clinical Negligence team at Anthony Gold is one of the most highly recognised and notable teams in the sector. There are two Partners on the AvMA specialist clinical negligence panel.
Two partners are members of the Law Society Clinical Negligence panel.
The team is known for its particular expertise in claims involving cerebral palsy and brain, spinal cord, orthopaedic and psychiatric injuries. Partner Jenny Kennedy is a former psychiatric nurse and Partner Ali Malsher is a former nurse.
Partners Dr Jock Mackenzie and Dr James Piers are dual qualified doctors and solicitors, and James is also a barrister.
Much of Jock's work focuses on cases involving brain injury (adults and children), neurological, neurosurgical and spinal injuries, and sepsis.
