Our Dispute Resolution practice offers:
- A full-service U.S. litigation practice. The practice serves clients in significant disputes including: financial institutions litigation, antitrust litigation and criminal/cartel investigations, complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, regulatory and white collar defense, corruption investigations and regulatory compliance, international disputes, professional liability, and internal investigations and special investigations for boards.

The U.S. litigation practice is led by several senior litigators, who have experience litigating and trying cases in a wide variety of areas, with a special emphasis on the defense of federal criminal and regulatory cases as well as federal and state civil litigation.
