Work Highlights
- The firm advised Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and the Export-Import Bank of China in relation to an export buyer's credit financing for the First Dhaka Elevated Expressway Company, to help the borrower funding the construction of a highway to Dhaka airport in Bangladesh.
- The team advised a number of lenders, including the Export-Import Bank of Korea, on the financing of the Refinery Development Master Plan Balikpapan Refinery Upgrade Project, Phase I, in Indonesia.
- The firm advised IFC and its parallel lenders on the refinancing of the Asahan-1 hydropower project in Indonesia.
- The team advised Shanghai Electric on the development of a 1,000 MW, approximately USD2.7 billion integrated mine-mouth power project in Thar 4 area in Pakistan.
