Our team advises on the construction aspects of all types of property investment and development, all types of property sales and purchases and both publicly and privately financed projects. The group also advises on procurement strategy and structure and will negotiate all forms of engineering and construction contracts and associated security documentation.
Our construction team includes a specialist group of contentious construction lawyers who have a strong track record of helping clients achieve the best outcomes from litigious issues. We work closely with our clients who rely on our team’s end-to-end project solutions from procurement, negotiation, contracting and delivery, to dispute minimisation and resolution, and ultimately arbitration or litigation if necessary.
The construction team is fully integrated within our corporate and real estate practices, working across a range of sectors including commercial office, retail, energy, transport, infrastructure and regeneration.
