Ashurst advises on all aspects of the structuring, establishment, distribution, regulation, taxation and operation of investment funds. We advise on the establishment and operation of carried interest schemes and other fund executive incentive arrangements and on the establishment of fund management companies and management spin-outs.
We cover the full range of alternative asset classes including private equity, real estate, debt/credit, infrastructure and energy funds as well as funds investing in liquid assets (such as UCITS). We also have extensive experience acting for institutional investors and advise both sponsors and investors on secondary fund transactions and on co-investments alongside funds.
