Work highlights
Ashurst advised the sponsor, Plenary, on its bid for a grouped schools PPP project in Abu Dhabi which concerns the construction, maintenance and financing of a number of new-build schools.
The firm advised the Saudi National Centre for Privatisation, General Authority of Civil Aviation, Matarat and the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services on the development of a new international airport in the city of Abha.
