Work highlights

Ashurst continued to advise Transport for NSW on all aspects of the Western Harbour Tunnel and Warringah Freeway Upgrade, including the procurement strategy, contract packaging structures, and alternative procurement models and contracting approaches.

Ashurst advised the senior finance parties on the early termination of the Sports Hub concession agreement, the return of the Sports Hub facilities to the Government of Singapore and the prepayment of the senior debt.
