Ashurst has a well-resourced team with deep bench strength across multiple jurisdictions, acting on international acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures throughout the Asia-Pacific region. The practice has particularly strong practices in Australia, South Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong, advising on acquisitions of technology and telecommunications assets. The department also has a strong offering in cross-border transactions between Australia and Papua New Guinea, with vast experience acting for government departments on foreign aid projects and regulatory matters.
