The practice has particularly strong practices in Australia, South Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong, advising on acquisitions of technology and telecommunications assets. The department also has a strong offering in cross-border transactions between Australia, Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands, with vast experience in acting for government departments on foreign aid projects and regulatory matters.
