The team’s unique skill set combines the extensive knowledge of lawyers with specialized experience both in France and in an international setting, and the first-hand knowledge of lawyers whose previous professional roles in public service allow August Debouzy to have valuable insight on the inner dealings with government and EU regulatory bodies.
Approximately half of the practice involves public law related disputes and litigation. The public team has thorough expertise of all national and EU courts, including Constitutional and European litigation, which has developed considerably and has opened important opportunities for clients. The team also assists clients in their dealings with sector-based regulatory authorities.
